Cancelation Policy

CANCELATION, RIGHT TO RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

For rescheduling, re-booking and cancelling please contact us via e-mail ruilucas@yourtour.pt .

In case of a cancellation of any tour by YOUR TOUR (due to unfavourable weather conditions, technical difficulties or else independent of our control), you will be offered to:

  • Either reschedule to another date of your choice (free of charge and provided there is availability);
  • Or rebook to another tour (eventual differences of price, for less or more, to be payed and provided there is availability)
  • Or get a full refund.

All cancellations from customers should be notified via email to ruilucas@yourtour.pt. The right to refund and percentages are as follows:

  • if a cancellation request from a customer is received with more than 4 days’ notice, a full refund is given;
  • if received between 4 – 2 days’ notice, a 50% refund is given;
  • if received between 48-24 hours’ notice, a 20% refund is given;
  • if received with less than 24-hour notice or if the customers are a “no-show”, no refund is given – the trip will be charged full price;

 

Delayed/cancelled flights:

  • In case of a flight delay that impedes the costumer to show at scheduled time or If the flight is cancelled, the airline is responsible for granting compensation to their customers – no refund will be given.

Sickness/death in the family: 

  • The customers send an email overnight and ask to cancel because they got sick or someone back at home died/got sick. The customers can show a doctor’s note/new plane tickets to support their claim, full refund. If the costumer cannot show the above referred evidences, no refund will be given

However, in specific cases, and as our aim is to fulfil the costumer expectation, YOUR TOUR may offer the guest the possibility to reschedule or rebook. This decision is made entirely at the discretion of YOUR TOUR and will be taken on a case by case basis.
